What Payment Methods Can I Use?
- We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Why Can't I Use My Promo Code
- If you enter your promo code and receive an error, the code has either expired or is not valid for the item(s) in your cart.
- If you are on a mobile device, you may need to click the drop-down arrow next "Order Summary" to enter your code.
Why Don't I See an Apple Pay Option?
- Currently, Apple only allows customers to use Apple Pay using an Apple Device (Mac, iPhone, or iPad) running iOS 10 or greater. If you are not on an Apple Device you won't see this option.
Why Don't I See a Venmo Option?
- To use Venmo, first you must enable Venmo from your mobile device by going to your Venmo App > Menu > Settings > Connect Browsers > (Safari) Tap to Reconnect
- Once the connection is complete, visit Karpe.co in Safari, and proceed to checkout
- If you do not see the Venmo option, select PayPal. On the PayPal Checkout screen, you with either see a Venmo button, or a small link at the top that says "Prefer to pay with Venmo?". Click this link to proceed to pay with Venmo

Why did I only receive part of my order?
- First, check your email for a shipping notification and see which items are listed. You may receive your items in multiple shipments.
- In order to keep our prices low and get your items to you as soon as possible, we manufacture our products at several different locations and may ship them at separate times, so you may receive some items earlier than others.
- In the rare case that you still have not received the rest of your order after a few days, please email us so we can track down your items.
